Attorney Montilla is the founding shareholder of the firm and leads the day-to-day operations as well as client management.
Attorney Montilla serves as personal counsel for most of his clients primarily focusing in the areas of business, corporate, contract law, real estate, and civil litigation.

Nicole M. Crespo
Office Manager/Legal Assistant
Born in Puerto Rico, Ms. Crespo has called Orlando, Florida home for over 20 years. Ms. Crespo is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she focused on Political Science before graduating in 2017. Ms. Crespo provides administrative support for the law firm and handles the day-to-day operations for the firm and the attorneys.
Ms. Crespo is fluent in Spanish and English and is a registered Notary with the State of Florida.
When Ms. Crespo isn’t working, she enjoys reading, traveling, watching comedies, and drinking coffee while chatting with her loved ones. Ms. Crespo aspires to obtain her license to practice law with a focus on immigration matters aligning with her passion and desires to use her talents and skillsets to impact the community around her.
Eric N. Hodge
Eric is a brother and mentor at the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, in his third year at Florida A&M University, College of Law. Eric is a graduate of Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and has a passion for contract and business law with hopes to secure a position with a professional sports organization or franchise. He joins #montillalaw to learn how contractual language interweaves with so many other aspects of a contract’s short-term intent.
Cory T. Carter
Cory is a first-generation college graduate who earned his degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. Cory just finished his first year and is spending the summer at #montillalaw learning the personalized practice and culture that makes this firm as unique as it is. Cory has a passion for business and hopes to become a corporate attorney or a Fortune 500 company.

Attorney Brooks was the firm’s associate attorney and currently serves the firm as of counsel while finishing up the work he has done for the firm. Attorney Brooks graduated from Florida International University before graduating from Rutger Law School Newark, New Jersey.
